Further, as intimated vide letter dated 29th September, 2022, the trading window pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and company code for ‘Prohibition of Insider Trading’, was closed from 01st October, 2022 and shall remain closed up to 11th November, 2022 and will be opened on the third calendar day from the date of Board Meeting.
