Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with clause 16(g) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, National Steel & Agro Industries has informed that the Tenth (10th ) meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of the Company was held on November 4, 2022 through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means. The Resolution Professional informed the members about Corporate Debtor’s previous month's financial performance and sought approval for the expenses to run the Corporate Debtor as a going concern. The Resolution Professional further apprised the members regarding the status of the application filed before Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench in respect of the approval of Resolution Plan.
