The disclosures and information as required to be maintained by the Company in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws are being duly maintained on the website 'www.singerindia.com.' Further, the Email ID for the purpose of investor relations has also been changed from 'secretarial@singerindia.net' to 'secretarial@singerindia.com.'
