Oriental Aromatics has informed that the Company has received an intimation from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent on 09th November, 2022, pertaining to the loss of share Certificate(s)/ request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from the shareholder(s) for which stop transfer has been marked by the Registrar. Accordingly, duplicate Share Certificate(s) shall be issued only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the Shareholders(s). The copy of intimation received from RTA is enclosed.
