Godrej Properties, Lupin and Wipro to see some action today

Godrej Properties (GPL) has, on outright basis, has acquired a 12-acre land parcel in Mundhwa -East, Pune. The development on this land will primarily be for a premium group housing project. Among the most centrally-located residential areas in Pune, the location has established physical and social infrastructure and offers excellent connectivity to all major social and commercial hubs of Pune city. It is also in close proximity to upmarket Koregaon Park.

Lupin has received tentative approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA), Doxycycline Capsules, 40 mg, to market a generic equivalent of Oracea Capsules, 40 mg, of Galderma Laboratories, L.P. Doxycycline Capsules (RLD Oracea) had estimated annual sales of $215 million in the U.S. (IQVIA MAT September 2022).

Tata Motors has rolled-out its 50000th electric vehicle (EV), from its Pune facility. Sequent Scientific has received an approval for acquisition of 100% stake in Tineta Pharma from its existing shareholders for a consideration to be discharged partly by cash and partly by issuance of equity shares of the Company through preferential allotment route. The object of acquisition is to enhance SeQuent’s presence in the Indian veterinary market. Consequent to acquisition, Tineta will become a wholly owned subsidiary of SeQuent Scientific. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 7, 2022, has considered and approved the same.
