Jindal Steel & Power reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.
The company has reported net loss at Rs 473.17 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to net profit of Rs 2711.35 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 1.24% to Rs 13115.14 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 13280.38 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported fall of 91.81% in its net profit at Rs 219.27 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2678.42 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company marginally decreased by 0.69% to Rs 13521.88 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 13615.49 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
