SJ Corporation has entered into a Partnership Agreement and formed a new partnership ‘Venus Infra’ based out of Surat with initial capital of Rs 50,000 to, interalia, carry on the business of land development, construction of building and all ancillary and allied business in this regard. Venus Infra will commence its business operations in due course.
SJ Corporation manufactures jewelry products. The company produces and markets diamond studded rings, bracelets, pendant, diamond necklaces, and ear rings. SJ exports its products to vendors in Hong Kong and the United States.
