VIDA, Powered by Hero, the emerging mobility brand of Hero MotoCorp, has opened its first Experience Center. Reinforcing the brand’s Tech-First approach, the innovative and exciting Experience Center will provide an immersive and a completely differentiated experience to customers. The first Experience Center is located in Bengaluru at the prominent Vittal Mallya Road, where customers will be able to familiarize themselves with the brand, experience the product and immerse themselves in the ‘Worry-free EV Ecosystem’ of VIDA.

Vascon Engineers has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Landowner to develop a commercial project at Kharadi a well-established and growing market of Eastern Pune. This project will offer approximately 2.15 lakh square feet of development area and will be developed as a Retail and office premises. Vascon has already developed more than 15 lakh square feet residential project in Kharadi, and this project will significantly strengthen Vascon’s Commercial portfolio in Eastern Pune.

L&T Infotech and Mindtree have received approval for merger from NCLT. Both Mumbai and Bengaluru Benches of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) have approved, via two separate orders, the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement between the two companies. The two companies had announced their intent to merge in May 2022. The merged entity will be known as LTIMindtree. The merged entity will become the fifth largest IT services company in India in terms of current market capitalization.

Federal Bank has introduced real time GST Payments facility. The Bank's customers can now make GST payments through different modes viz., E-payment (Net banking), Over the Counter (OTC) (Cash, Cheque and DD) and NEFT/RTGS (online/offline). The payments made through e-payments and OTC (Cash/ Federal Bank Cheque/DD) will be settled real time. The TAT for settlement for other Bank cheques would be as per clearing status and for NEFT/ RTGS would be as per RBI settlement cycle.

Jost’s Engineering Company has received an approval for investment of Rs 50 lakh by way of subscription/acquisition of equity of Josts Engineering Inc., Wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company, in one or more tranches. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on November 14, 2022, inter-alia, approved the same.

HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC) has launched HDFC Business Cycle Fund, in order to expand their suite of equity offerings. HDFC Business Cycle Fund aims to invest in businesses likely on the cusp / midst of a favourable business cycle.

NIBE has entered into license manufacturing agreement to manufacture indigenous switches and router with Nivetti Systems on November 12, 2022. Time period by which the order(s)/contract(s) is to be executed will be decided mutually at the time of execution of agreement.
