Bhilwara Technical Textiles has informed that it enclosed the copy of public notice advertisement of Un-Audited Financial Results for quarter and half year ended 30 September, 2022 in Compliance of Regulation 30 and 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015. The aforesaid financial results have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 14 November, 2022. The said results were published in English Newspaper in the ‘Financial Express’, New Delhi and in Hindi Newspaper in the ‘Business Remedies’, Jaipur on 15 November, 2022. Copies of newspapers cutting in this connection are attached.
