Indosolar has received an approval for setting up of 1 GW solar module manufacturing facility. The Board of Directors of Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2022 has considered and approved the same. The Board also gave approval for sale of the assets of the companies which has become obsolete.
Indosolar is engaged in the manufacture of poly-crystalline solar photo-voltaic (SPV) cells from silicon wafers utilizing crystalline silicon SPV cell technology for converting sunlight directly into electricity through a process known as the “photo-voltaic effect”.
