Road Indore (M.P.) 452001 shall be deemed as the venue for the Extra Ordinary General Meeting. The Chairman has declared the result of voting of the aforesaid 1/2022-23 Extra Ordinary General Meeting on 15th November, 2022 on the basis of report submitted by the Scrutinizer for remote e-voting and e-voting at EGM for the above-mentioned purpose. The company is in the process of filing the aforesaid voting results in XBRL mode. The company has also enclosed the agenda wise voting results with the Scrutinizer’s Report and take the same on the records for reference.
