Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) has purchased 1.70 crore shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa) worth Rs 299 crore on November 17. The shares were purchased at an average price of Rs 175.25 per share.
Meanwhile, Mala Gopal Gaonkar has sold 5.75 crore shares of the company worth Rs 1,009 crore on the same day. The share were sold at Rs 175.48 per share.
FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa) is a digitally native consumer technology platform, delivering a content-led, lifestyle retail experience to consumers. The company has a diverse portfolio of beauty, personal care and fashion products, including its owned brand products manufactured by it.
