JBM Auto’s wholly owned subsidiary -- JBM Ecolife Mobility has acquired 100% Equity Shares of Ecolife Indraprastha Mobility with effective from November 19, 2022. After the aforesaid acquisition, Ecolife Indraprastha Mobility has become wholly owned subsidiary of JBM Ecolife Mobility and step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Cost of acquisition is Rs 50,000.
