State Bank of India planning to raise Rs 10,000 crore via infrastructure bonds

State Bank of India (SBI) is planning for raising of Infrastructure Bonds up to an amount of Rs 10,000 crore (including a green shoe option of Rs 5,000 crore) through a public issue or private placement, during FY23. A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Central Board of the Bank is scheduled to be held on November 29, 2022 to consider the same.

SBI is the country’s largest lender and it offers a wide range of services in the Personal Banking, Agriculture/ Rural, NRI services, SME and Corporate Banking etc.
