In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Morganite Crucible (India) has informed that the factory shall be closed partially from Monday November 28, 2022 to Saturday December 3, 2022 due to scheduled maintenance and other activity. There will be no impact on delivery of products to the customers and targeted revenue for the given financial year. The factory will resume working from Monday, December 5, 2022.
