Shri Dinesh Mills has executed Term Sheet on November 28, 2022 for sale of industrial land bearing R.S. / Block No 38, at Village Bhadkodra, Taluka Ankleshwar, District Bharuch admeasuring 19,200 Sq. meters being the remaining surplus immoveable properties of Ankleshwar unit of the Company, for lump sum sale consideration of Rs 5.11 crore. The Sale Deed will be executed as per the terms & conditions of the above referred Term Sheet.

Shri Dinesh Mills is a composite textile mill manufacturing worsted fabrics (menswear), paper makers felts and industrial textiles.
