Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), and with reference to the previous intimation letter to BSE (ref SPSL/BSE/2021-22 and SPSL/BSE/2022-2023) on 30th November, 2021 and 03rd August, 2022 respectively, Starlit Power Systems has informed that the Company has received a symbolic possession notice under rule 8(1) of Security Interest (Enforcement) Rule 2002 by the Punjab National Bank regarding taking possession of the properties owned by the company, in exercise of power conferred on them under section 13(4) of the securitization and reconstruction of financial assets and enforcement of security interest Act, 2002 with rule 9 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rule 2002.
