Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sundram Fasteners has informed that the company has received an application for issue of duplicate share certificates through its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) today, November 29, 2022, under Folio No. 2421 (Kamala Hiralal Lunkad and Hiralal Nathamal Lunkad) in lieu of original share certificates (as details enclosed), which are reported to have been lost.
