In relation to the buyback of equity shares, Indian Energy Exchange has informed that it enclosed a certified copy of board resolution passed by the board of directors of the Company at their meeting held on Friday, November 25, 2022 for approving the buyback of Equity Shares of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company (Annexure I). The postal ballot notice shall be sent to all the shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on the cut-off date, Friday, November 25, 2022.
