MRF has entered into power purchase agreement with Green Infra Solar Generation for purchase of solar power and will be acquiring upto 6.94% paid up equity of the Company, which will be held during the tenure of the power purchase agreement. Similarly the company has entered into power purchase agreement with First Energy 3 for purchase of solar cum wind power and will be acquiring upto 7.80% paid up equity of the Company, which will be held during the tenure of the power purchase agreement.
MRF is engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and sale of tyres for various kinds of vehicles.
