Central Bank of India’s consolidated FY11 net profit declines marginally

Central Bank of India has reported results for the year ended March 31, 2011 on consolidated basis.

The group’s net profit for the year has declined marginally 0.10% at Rs 1161.37 crore as compared to Rs 1162.55 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010. Total income for the year has increased by 19.49% at 16513.65 crore as compared to Rs 13820.61 crore for the previous year.

Central Bank of India has recommended a final dividend of 25% on the equity share capital or Rs 2.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each including an interim dividend of 10% on equity share capital or Rs 1 per equity share of Rs 10 each declared earlier by the Bank during the Financial Year 2010-11.
