Southern Online Bio Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 14, 2022 has approved to change the name of the Company from ‘Southern Online Bio Technologies Limited’ to ‘Pagidipati Bio Energy Limited’ or ‘Pagidipati Renewable Energy Limited’ or such other name as may be approved by the Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The Board of Directors by way of passing the resolution by circulation decided to withdraw and rescind the resolution passed for the proposal of change of name of the Company due to administrative and technical issues involved in the proposed change of name.
