Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, V2 Retail has informed that the Company has opened one new retail store located at Kanpur, (Uttar Pradesh). Further, in line with Company's strategy to evaluate performance over various parameters including store wise profitability, the Company has closed 2 Retail Stores located at Guwahati (Assam) and Daltonganj (Jharkhand). Therefore, currently 102 Retail stores of the Company are operational.
