Zomato has selected Konnect Insights to help it achieve new levels of Customer Experience Management (CXM).  Zomato is a brand that values its customers’ experiences and is endeavoring to set the highest standards when it comes to delivering the right services and experiences. The company has turned to Konnect Insights to be able to leverage decision-driving data and equip themselves to achieve their CX objectives.

Zomato is an Indian multinational restaurant aggregator and food delivery company founded by Pankaj Chaddah and Deepinder Goyal in 2008. It provides information, menus and user-reviews of restaurants as well as food delivery options from partner restaurants in select cities.
