In accordance with the Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Sky Industries has informed that the company has procured an order of Rs 246.09 Lakhs from a major Automobile player in India. This will add significantly to the revenue and profitability of the Company. The said order falls under the normal course of business and is done at arm's length basis. The Company neither has any interest in this entity that awarded the order nor falls within the related party transactions. With this order, the Company has forayed into the supply of its products in the Automobile Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Segment in a significant way. The Company continuously strives to deliver quality offerings and over a period of time has established itself as a major provider of Fastening Solutions (related to Hook & Loop tape fasteners) in the Country.
