In reference to the email dated 06.12.2022 observing significant increase in the volume of security across Exchanges in recent past, Ponni Sugars (Erode) has informed that the company also have observed higher volume of trade and higher prices in the Stock Exchanges in the case of its equity shares. The Company believe this is in line with the higher sugar production for sugar season 2022-23 and hike in sugar export quota as per press reports. The Company have no company specific information to report pursuant to Regulation 30 of LODR, other than what the Company has been furnishing from time to time.
