Dharmaj Crop Guard has debuted at Rs 266.00 on the BSE, up by 29 points or 12.24% from its issue price of Rs 237.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 275.30, up by 38.30 points or 16.16% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 278.90 and Rs 265.95 respectively. So far 4.99 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between November 28, 2022 and November 30, 2022 was subscribed 35 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 237 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 216-237 apiece.
Dharmaj Crop Guard is an agrochemical company engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, and marketing of a wide range of agro chemical formulations such as insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulator, micro fertilizers and antibiotic to the B2C and B2B customers.
