TD Power has received an approval for setting up a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the United States of America and a branch office or wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in Europe to participate in the emerging opportunities in trading and supply of power generation equipment in USA, United Kingdom, and Germany etc.
The US WOS and Europe Branch office or WOS are expected to commence business operations in the following financial year 2013-2014. The board at its meeting held on February 06, 2013 has approved for the same.
