Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Pricol has informed that the company has received certified copy of the order of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Pricol Wiping Systems India (wholly owned subsidiary of Pricol) with Pricol. Pursuant to applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, the certified copy of the order and the Scheme will be filed with the Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore in due course. Upon filing the certified copy of the order and the Scheme, the Amalgamation of Pricol Wiping Systems India with Pricol would come into effect.
