Further to its letter dated November 10, 2022, submitting the Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of the Members of the Company for appointment of Pratima Ram (DIN: 03518633) as an Independent Director of the company, Manappuram Finance has informed that the aforesaid resolution placed through the Postal Ballot was passed with the requisite majority, and the resolution is deemed as passed on the last date of the e-voting, Saturday, December 10, 2022.
