Jagdish Chandra, working as Chief Financial Officer of the Company nominated to look after the work of the Compliance officer of the Company until appointment of new Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and any other statutory law applicable to the Company.
