Tata Chemicals has informed that it enclosed intimation letters dated December 12, 2022 and December 13 2022, received from its RTA -TSR Consultants (TCPL) regarding loss of share certificates of the Company. Also, it has enclosed intimation letter dated December 12, 2022, received from TCPL regarding duplicate share certificates of the Company. Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022; a letter of confirmation will be issued to the securities holder/ claimant upon completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates.
