Apollo Hospitals Enterprise informs about allotment of NCDs

With reference to letters dated November 24, 2022, November 30, 2022 and December 2, 2022, with respect to issue of NCDs on private placement basis, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has informed that the Committee of Directors, has today, i.e., December 14, 2022, approved the allotment of 1050 - Senior, Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value Rs 10,00,000 each, for cash, aggregating to Rs 105 crores, to ICICI Bank on private placement basis, on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Placement Memorandum for the said Issue. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) Segment of NSE. This disclosure is made in terms of Regulation 30 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
