Kravis Investment Partners II has offloaded shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures (Nykaa) for over Rs 629 crore through open market transactions on December 15, 2022. As per data from the BSE, more than 3.67 crore shares of the company were sold by Kravis Investment Partners II in five tranches at a price of Rs 171 apiece.
These shares were acquired by Mirae Asset Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I, Goldman Sachs (Singapore) - ODI, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company.
