In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Modern Engineering and Projects has informed that Subhas ChandraBose has tendered his resignation from the Post of Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) of the Company with effect from Thursday, December 15, 2022 (after the closing of business hours) due to personal reason. Further, Subhas Chandra Bose has also confirmed that there is no other material reason other than mentioned in his resignation letter. (Attached resignation letter).
