Poddar Housing and Development has informed about the postal ballot notice seeking consent from the shareholders for five resolutions. The remote e-voting period for casting the vote had commenced 17th November, 2022 (9:00 am) (1ST) and ended on 16th December, 2022 (5:00pm) (1ST). Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has enclosed result of remote e-voting in the prescribed format along with Scrutinizer's report for the resolutions proposed for approval of the Members through Postal Ballot. The resolutions have not been passed by the Members with requisite majority. The result of the remote e-voting and Report of the Scrutinizer are also being hosted on the website of the Company.
