ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India has informed that the directors of the Company; at their meeting of Audit committee and Board to be held during January/February 2023, will be considering unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ending 31st December 2022. Hence, the trading window for dealing in the company’s scrips will remain closed from 20th December 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting date in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading. The Board Meeting date would be intimated later once confirmed.
