Uno Minda has invested a sum of Rs 15.30 crore to acquire 1,53,00,000 equity shares offered and issued by subsidiary -- Minda Katolec Electronics Services (MKESPL) on rights basis. MKESPL has completed allotment of Equity shares on December 17, 2022. The shareholding of the company in MKESPL remains unchanged at 51.00%.

Uno Minda (formerly known as Minda Industries) offers a range of products across various verticals of auto components, such as switching systems, acoustic systems and alloy wheels, among others.
