Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Gail (India) has informed that Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting wherein the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 would be considered and approved. The date of Board Meeting for consideration of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
