With reference to earlier announcement dated 21st May 2022, Premco Global has informed that the company has executed and registered deed of Assignment cum Conveyance for purchase of Land and Building for setting up of new factory in the Umbergaon Notified Industrial Area, Situated within the Village limits of Daheri, Taluka- Umbergaon, District- Valsad. The company will inform and update BSE on commencement of Commercial production.
