Hawkins Cookers has informed that as per the Company's ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in the Shares of the Company by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives’ framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will be closed from January 1, 2023, to February 4, 2023, both days inclusive, for all Designated Persons of the Company, for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been intimated not to deal in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
