Bharat Bijlee has informed that the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2022, will be declared in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In view of the foregoing and in terms of Company's ‘Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons’ framed under SESI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including amendments), The ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all ‘Designated Persons’ and their immediate relatives (as defined in the Code), from January 01, 2023, until the expiry of 48 hours after the date on which the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2022 are declared and communicated to the Stock Exchange(s). The date of the Board Meeting in which Results would be considered, shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of the closure of trading window.
