He would be ceased to be part of the promoter group of the company in accordance with Regulation 31A (6) (c) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. A leader remembered for his generosity and charismatic personality, Hari Singh Ranka lived a life of service to humanity. He has been the guiding light for the Modern Group and played a crucial leadership role for over five decades with the Group and he will be deeply missed.
