As per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Softsol India has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons from 1st January 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter & Nine Months ending on December 31, 2022. The date of announcement of the Financial Results shall be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons/Directors are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
