Thirumalai Chemicals has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from January 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on December 31, 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors and made available at the website of the stock exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons/Directors/Promoters are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
