In compliance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and clarification given by BSE vide Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE vide Circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11, both dated April 02, 2019 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Sandhar Technologies has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company, for all the Designated Persons and other Connected Persons shall remain closed from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2022 shall be informed in due course. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company have been requested not to deal in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
