Pursuant to the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Code of Conduct) under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, CSB Bank has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined under the 'Code of Conduct' from Sunday, January 01, 2023, till 48 hours after announcement/ declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the said result will be intimated in due course.
