Kitex Garments has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for purchasing/ selling/ dealing in the shares of the Company, shall remain closed effective from January 1, 2023 for designated person (and their immediate relatives) and will be re-opened 48 hours after announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2022 to the Stock Exchanges. The date of proposed Board Meeting shall be informed in due course.
