Max Healthcare Institute, Religare Enterprises and Olatech Solutions to see some action today

Max Healthcare Institute has entered into a partnership with genomics biotech firm Anuva to conduct genomic-based research on various communicable and non-communicable diseases in India. The two partners have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a five-year engagement.

Religare Enterprises’ NBFC arm -- Religare Finvest (RFL) is eyeing to restart its business operation in the New Year 2023 following the company's proposal of Rs 2,300 crore One Time Settlement (OTS) finding favour from most of the lenders. Once the OTS process is completed, RFL will come out of the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) imposed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in January 2018 due to its weak financial health.

Olatech Solutions has received a work order from HFCL to supply software and provide related services including installation, commissioning and customization of the supplied software for a tender floated by Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) for upgradation of its Broadband Network for which HFCL was awarded the contract as the Lead Bidder/System Integrator and Olatech Solutions was the OEM for supplying software and providing related services.

Swelect Energy Systems has completed sale of entire equity shares (10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each) held in Swelect HHV Solar Photovoltaics (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) to Swelect Energy Systems, Singapore (Wholly Owned Subsidiary). With this, Swelect HHV Solar Photovoltaics has been changed from wholly owned subsidiary to wholly owned step down Subsidiary of the company with effect from December 26, 2022. The Company has received the total consideration of Rs 20 crore from Swelect Energy Systems, Singapore.

Anka India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Legend SRS Cinemas has acquired 3 new cinema screens at the Phonex Mall by M-City Infrastructure PVT ltd Rewari. The screens have a capacity of 750 seats put together. Fitouts and due diligence will be completed soon and cinema will be operational by march 2023. Rewari being an upcoming town, the company sees a lot of potential for its future projects.
