In terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BASF India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 31st January, 2023 at 12.00 noon (IST) at The Chambers, Hotel Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai – 400 001 and also through audio-visual means, to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ending 31st December, 2022. As required under Regulations 33(3)(a) and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the said Unaudited Financial Results, upon approval by the Board, will be sent after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
